The 2017 Nissan Rogue will have two sets of wheel lock keys. They are easy to locate. You can find the keys in the glove compartment on the passenger side of Your vehicle, usually secured to the side of the inner chamber. You should be able to pull them out easily. Each tire on the car will have a wheel lock installed. The keys open them, however, there are rare instances to do this. The purpose served by the locks is to make it more difficult for a would-be tire thief to steal from You. Instead of being able to remove the wheels and run, they would now have to find the keys, figure out which ones lock the front and back tires, and then go through the process of doing it.

I purchased my used Rogue Sport SV through my local Toyota dealership and didn't even think to check to see if the keys were in the glovebox. It wasn't until I went into my mechanic for a tire rotation/balance that they informed me the keys were missing. Better that than on the side of the road, right? LOL Anywho, when I reached out to see what they could do, they said nothing and that I have to go through Nissan to get them unlocked. The moral of the story is...if you're buying a used vehicle make d**n sure you get the wheel lock keys before leaving the dealership.
