If the oil isn't changed, Your vehicle's engine will start to have a lot of problems.Over time the oil will become thinner, abrasive, and will start to wear down on vital engine parts. Use what you cap on the engine says to do not change your oil in a volt just because 7500 miles happens. We both know you can drive 7500 miles and other than maintenance mode the engine wont even run.
