The fuse for the radio in a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee can be found in the fuse panel that is located in the driver's footwell under the dash. This is the first thing that You should check when Your stereo is not turning on because it is the most likely source of damage. You should also check the wiring on the back of the head unit. If it is loose then Your stereo will not turn on either. If You are popping fuses regularly to Your radio then You will want to check the wire for continuity. Usually the most likely reason that a fuse will blow is that the wiring has shorted out.

It's in a little gray box (about 1 1'/2 inches long) attached to the positive terminal of the battery which is located under the front passenger seat.
