The Cadillac SRS has a life expectancy of up to 150,000 miles. This is usually a time span of around ten to fifteen years, on average. Of course, You can ensure Your vehicle lasts as long as possible by adhering to routine maintenance guidelines. This includes having the oil changed every 10,000 miles or 12 months, and having transmission, power steering fluids and coolant checked and changed every 6 months or 5,000 miles, whichever comes first. You should also have various components, such as fuel and cabin air filters, serpentine belts or timing chains, checked every 6 to 12 months, and replaced as needed.

I have a 2008 SRX4 v8 awd, I’ve treaded this car like my baby , run the best oil through it, changed more frequently then recommended. Always ran a octane boostin the gas ( 1 bottle of octane boost in this cars pretty large gas tank is very diluted and basically nothing ) my car just hit 214,x*x still runs great . And I still get complements on it since it’s still in showroom condition and it’s 2021

Purchased 2021 dealer 12000.00 - 2010 premium 119,000 first day brake issues, it wouldn't release 1500.00. Then some other they had to fix was another 1600.Then it was cad is bad, that costs 3,300, crank shaft issue, always leaking water when it rains or the car washcadillac said they fixed it. Now the right low beam is out, because of moisture in the casings. I've never had v so much problems with a vehicle I'veowned only 7 months. I dont like the only dealer in town, I had repairs done, then have to return it after driving a couple of miles because they forgot to tighten down a bolt so it was fish tailing all over. Then the brake light wouldn't turn off. Not happy

I have a 2010 srx premium with 220000 miles and it runs like the day I got it (but I keep up with fluids and maintenance personally) my only issue was the wire on the window motor falls out of track and the tailgate latch went bad but it's a great car

Thank you for the wonderful reviews on your Cadillac SRX. I have been worried about 2011 SRX because it is just about at 150, 000 miles. It looks good, (not perfect) and rides well. I was thinking about getting a 2015 SRX and selling my old car. Maybe I will hold onto it a little longer. Thanks for your feedback!

2010 SRX with non turbo V6. Always serviced withing specs and always used synthetic oil. 98,000 miles with no major issues. Some minor mechanical issues over time - most covered under warranty. Sweet ride.

My 2013 SRX has 153k without any problems. Other than low beams aren't much better than no beams but we all know about thatseveral years My 2013 SRX has 153,000 miles with no major problems and still going strong. I've used Mobile Annual synthetic oil, going around 20,000 miles between changes and topping up a quart around every 5000 miles. No problems other than the well known issue with the low beams being hardly any better than no beams.

Other than the headlight issue, this has been a great vehicle. Our 2014 has 120k miles and my wife (who never drives at night), will not consider trading it.

Starting to have some sway bar and chain issues so my 2010 Cadillac SRX might be on its last legs but overall it’s been a fantastic purchase. 194,000 miles and hope to get it to 200K with the recent issues.

A well maintained srx can last many years and rack up many miles..but after 100k..you should seriously make plans to change your timing chains..it's a factory shortcoming. The chains can fail without warning and ruin the engine..this is a prevention maintainence.
