The Chrysler Pacifica has A5 lug X127mm wheel bolt pattern with A71.5mm hub center bore. The lug nuts are M12-1.50 with A43.1mm length and 19mm hex head. The wheel studs are 47.2mm long with M12-1.50 threads and a 14.42mm knurl. When tightening the lugs, work in a crisscross sequence, in a this pattern like this 1,3,5,2,4. Torque them to 75 to 85 lb-ft. After around 50 or so miles of driving after installing the lugs, torque them again. Improperly torqued lugs can work themselves loose over time and possible cause the tire to fall off causing significant damage. Over tightening them can have adverse effects as well, it could warp the rotor which can cause vibrations while driving.
