To replace the headliner on the 2007 Chevy Silverado will cost You between $200 and $350, with labor being $150 to $260 and parts being $50 to $100. If You are replacing the headliner on an existing board, a foam backed material is the best option for Your project. ThiS-TYPE of material is laminated to foam for use with a spray adhesive. The headliner fabric could be made of almost any kind of material from regular upholstery material to heavier fabrics like vinyl. Upholstery leather is never recommended for headliners as it is heavy and will sag much sooner than other headliner fabric.
