The cost to replace the battery in the key fob on the 2019 Volkswagen Jetta is anywhere from $1 to $2 for a single one. You can also buy larger packs so You can stock up on them so You have them ready whenever You need them. The size of the battery that the key fob uses is a size of CR2032. The battery should last anywhere froM3 to 5 years before it should need to be replaced. To change the battery in the key fob You first need to pop out the key blade. After doing that You will have to pry open the two sides of the fob. Then You will see the battery and You will have to pop it out with a small flathead screwdriver or pry tool.
