The blue and me module in a FIAT 500 is located in the rear passenger compartment area below the speaker on the driver's side. It is behind the trim panel so that will need to be removed to get to it. Before You begin working on removing the module, disconnect the negative battery terminal to prevent any electrical shorts. Open the drivers door and pull the hood release lever until You hear good pop. Now go to the front of the car and put Your hand between the grill and hood and move the hood latch to unlock the hood and lift it up. Take a 10-millimeter socket and ratchet and loosen the Bolt on the negative battery cable and remove it from the battery. You will have to remove the rear seats to get to the panel and take it off. The module will be directly below the speaker, it will need to be maneuvered and positioned just right to get it out of the hole from the body.

I found that in the North American model it's located behind the glove box.
