The Honda Pilot has a bolt pattern of 5 X114.3mm througH2008 and the 2009 and up model years have 5 X120mm. This means that You have 5 lugs and they are either 114.3mm or 120mm away from each other. When You are buying new wheels I recommend getting ones that have the exact bolt pattern because adapter plates can cause damage to Your wheel hub or Your new wheels. Usually a reputable tire and wheel shop can show You a selection of wheels that will fit on Your SUV. Upgrading the wheels is a great way to give Your vehicle a unique feel, but generally You do not want to go more than 2 inches larger than stock because that can lead to rubbing.

For model years 2003 to 2008 it is 5x114.3. For 2009 to 2020 is it 5x120

So I bought rims off a 2008 Honda Pilot to be put on my 2018 Pilot. And at tire shop they say it won’t fit due to bolt pattern issue. Is there anyway to fix this ?
