Honda uses codes on the dash in the Pilot to let You know what service You need to do. If a code starts with an A or B then haS3 numbers after it that means that it is a maintenance reminder. Code B136 is a moderate service and I will break down the meaning of the code for You. First B means that You need to replace the engine oil and filter and inspect the components. 1 means that You need to rotate the tires and check the tire pressures. 3 means that You need to replace the transmission fluid and the transfer case fluid. 6 means that You also need to replace the rear differential fluid. On average You can expect a B136 service to cost around $500 but it is covering a lot of different things.

I already did all of those things recently, except the oil, it’s at 15%. Is the car reading those things, or guessing by the miles on the car? Just did the transmission stuff, oil filter was replaced last time and the tires are new and just had the air pressure checked less than a week ago

This service should cost around $1,300. If the pilot is AWD you have a 9-speed with t-case
