The replacement cost for a 2013 Chevy Volt headlight bulb is between $50 and $60. Labor costs are estimated between $25 and $35 while parts are priced at $20-$30. It is not that hard to change, if You open the hood, there is a plastic cap that is directly behind the headlights. Once You remove that, the bulb holder unscrews counterclockwise, and can be pulled out with the bulb, which can then be unscrewed counterclockwise and replaced. Just make sure You buy the correct bulbs first. The headlight bulb size iS9012.
