While some vehicles -- most notably, from Ford -- have a fuel pump reset switch, the 2007 Chevrolet Impala does not. In fact, I was unable to find any documentation about any model years of Impala having the switch, so it's safe to assume that there's a low chance You'll ever find it on the car. The 2007 Impala does, however, have an access panel behind the rear seats, where You can gain access to the fuel pump assembly through the cabin of the vehicle -- no dropping the fuel tank needed. With this, You'll be able to perform work on Your fuel pump at a moment's notice, so if it requires maintenance, You can quickly take care of it without too much headache.
