The main fuse box in a 2007 Ford F-150 is located in the passenger side foot well behind the kick panel. This contains the majority of Your fuses and relays. Starting at the upper left is the trailer tow relay, AKA the parking lamp relay. Right underneath it is the starter relay and below that the rear window defrost relay. Pretty much 90% of all Your fuses and relays will be located here. There is a small fuse block in the engine compartment, located on the inner driver side fender, just in front of the air duct. This is where the air conditioning relay is located, and the daytime running light and four-wheel drive relays if equipped.

On the passenger's side of the vehicle, at the side by the feet is a panel that covers a black box that holds the fuses.
