Where is the 2008 chevy silverado factory amp located?

Don't any of you feel bad have a 1998 I have the complete interior sitting in the floor of my shop and I still have no sound from no speakers new head unit,new speakers,new amps all new wire and still no sound I've been at this for 3 weeks and still no sound

I cannot find the amp on my Silverado either, but maybe people who have actually worked on one and found it should be the only ones who answer, otherwise you are only adding to the confusion?

Late 90s early 2000s the amp is located to the right of the glove box above the kicker panel. You can access it by removing glove box . Some early models had an amp located in the center console directly under the stereo. I am currently trying to find the factory amp in my 07' silverado.

You can try inside the back side panels,or behind the glove box.i have a 98 Cheyenne extended cab and I've been at mine for 3 weeks and still no sound and I havent found a factory amp either
