The fuel pump relay for Your 2009 Chevrolet Colorado is located on the interior fuse panel in the glove box, and is usually going to be relay 51, about in the middle of the box (and not to be mistaken with relay #13, which is for the fuel pump itself). Note something that can seem like it's the relay failing is if the fuel control module is bad; that's located under the bed by the spare tire, and there was a recall for it, in 2009. If You're experiencing issues with the fuel system, You should keep this in mind for the 2009 Colorados.
