The Ford F-150 didn't start getting cabin air filters until 2013 or 2014 so Your vehicle does not have one. The only filter You'll need to worry about is the engine air filter. Rather than a filter for the cabin there is likely a mesh protection that keeps larger bits of debris out of the HVAC system but as far as smaller things like pollen and dust, there is nothing to keep that out of the cabin. -

In the glove compartment and up inside the bottom of the dashboard is where the cabin air filter on 2010 f-150's is located.

Soooo... Troy E. The 2010 F150 does not have a cabin filter unlike many Ford F150s. It was included in thisyear for some reason. As an owner and avid do-it-your-selfer I can tell you it does not. There is however, a kit on the market where you can add a cabin filter. Please know the answer before you give it.
