The 2012 Chevy Silverados flasher relay can be found underneath the driver seat side. There should be a dashboard that can be found there. This unit should be closed by a panel. Push down, then pull gently on the top of the panel to reveal the flasher relay. The flasher relay is responsible for managing the hazard lights and turn signals. Its an electronic part that regulates the functionality of these lights entirely. If You want to check if Your flasher relay is working, simply probe the wire from the relay to the component its meant to regulate. In this case, connect it to the cars lights. If there is power transmitting within the relay, it means it is functioning as intended.
