The windshield wiper fuse in a 2013 Ford Escape can be found in the fuse panel on the passenger side of the vehicle under the glove compartment in the dash. When You notice that Your windshield wipers are not working at all the first thing that You should check is the fuse to them. If the fuse is in good condition then the next thing to inspect is the wiring at each wiper motor. You will want to make sure that none of the connections are loose or frayed because that could cause them to fail. It is also possible that the wiper motors have failed on Your vehicle and they may need to be replaced. This is common if You use the wipers continuously.
