Your 2013 Ford Fusion 1.6 doesn't have a coolant bleed valve, so You're gonna have a bit of a time trying to find it. If You're trying to drain coolant, the typical way is to unhook the lower hose on the radiator, and drain that way. Obviously, You shouldn't drive around without coolant, so refill immediately. If You're finding that there's constantly detritus in Your antifreeze solution, You should check the engine seals for leakages or damage, as that's a primary culprit for that sort of issue.
