The blower motor resistor on a 2015 Ford Escape is located under the dash on the driver's side near the HVAC system piping. This resistor is what controls the power to the blower motor. The blower motor is the fan system that blows air throughout the cabin in Your vehicle and keeps the AC system running. If You happen to notice that the system is not blowing air then one of the first things to check is the resistor. If this fails then the motor will not turn. If You replace the resistor and the blower motor still does not work then I would recommend replacing the entire unit because it likely has seized up at some point.

The blower motor resistor is under a four pin connector below the motor on the driver's side of the hvac plenum.
