If You access the trunk area in Your 2019 Chevrolet Cruze, You'll need to lift up the carpeting and a flooring panel to gain access to Your spare tire and other tire-changing hardware. The car comes standard with a "donut", which can only be used to drive short distances at low speeds; please don't attempt to exceed 50 miles or 45 miles per hour if it's installed! Alternatively, many Cruze drivers seem to find that stowing away a full size spare is a more reliable option. You'll have either P195/65R15, P205/55R16, or P225/45R17 tires depending on configuration; You can often purchase these mounted on the appropriate sized wheel in the $250 to $400 range. It may sound pricey, but in my opinion the peace of mind is worth it.

The donut located in the back trunk area on the 2019 Chevy Cruze LT Sedan is equipped with a jack for emergency use not to exceed 50mph but as of tonight just went 85 miles at speeds between 45-55 mph. The front tire showed air pressure dropping and was able to pull into a gas station just prior to getting onto the freeway. Dodged a bullet for sure as the front right tire had a bulge with wires showing and sticking out. Emergency use for sure. Thank you for the donut!

The 2019 chevy cruze does not have a spare tire. Instead, it is equipped with a tire inflator kit that helps make the vehicle more fuel efficient by eliminating weight associated with a spare tire and jack.
