If You are looking for the original door keypad code in Your 2004 Ford F-150 then there are a few places that You can find it. The first place is located above the brake pedal in the vehicle. There is a decal that You should be able to find on the junction box in this area that will have the OEM code on it. Your door lock code is also on the last page of Your owners manual on a decal that is stuck in the book. Ford began adding a door lock code their vehicles in the 90s to let people keep their keys in the car so they would not get lost. It has been a very successful innovation for them and they still use it to this day.
