The Ford Transit has two horns, which are located behind the grill at the front of the vehicle. The most common horny 2 with the transit come from the clock spring, which is a spiral wound Electrical connector in the steering wheel that allows contact to be made even with the steering wheel turning. If the clock spring goes bad it will need to be replaced, they cost between $100 and $115. Another possible issue with the horns is a blown relay, located in the engine compartment fuse box. If the horn isn't working check the electrical connections on the back of the horn inspect them for corrosion which can cause the horn to stop working.

The horn is located under the hood and is connected to the front of the wheel by a wire.
