It's good to test Your fuel pump relay before You decide the fuel pump itself has failed. On Your 2002 Ford F-250, You'll find the relay in the fuse panel box in the engine. There will be two junction boxes here; the one You want is the one that's closest to the fender. Inside there will be two small fuses, and again, the one closest to where the fender is, is the one for the fuel pump; the other is for the parking and tail lights. The exact relay number on it will be F57B-14B192-AA. A 2-pack containing these specific relays usually is available for around $9 on Amazon with free shipping.
