The tail light fuse is located in the passenger compartment fuse panel. The fuse panel is located by the brake pedal below and to the left of the steering wheel. Turn the fasteners counterclockwise to remove the fuse panel. There are three fuses that control different bulbs in the tail lights. There is a 20 amp fuse in slot one that controls the turn signals and the hazard lamps. The 10 amp fuse in slot 13 controls that stop lamps. In slot 28 there's a 15 amp fuse that controls the back up lamps. Use a fuse puller to grasp the fuses and pull them out one at a time to visually inspect them to see if they are blown or not.

The tail light fuse should be fuse #13 in the power distribution panel in the engine bay.
