The 2010 Toyota Prius is going to have two oxygen sensors and they will both be located under the hood of the vehicle. First press the release lever inside the vehicle and then head to the outside. Now use one hand to lift the hood and the other to do the safety latch. Once You can see the engine now located the catalytic converter and there will be one on each side. These are the only oxygen sensors on the vehicle. If You need to replace a sensor they will cost between $15 and $40 each or between $30 and $60 for a pair.
