Some models of the 2011 Chevy Cruze will have a button that is located to the left of the radio that will allow You to pop the trunk. Other models will only have access to it by manual opening the trunk from the rear of the vehicle. This will be dependent on trim level. The base models will not have the button to open it from the inside of the vehicle. If Your vehicle has a key fob then might have a button on it that will allow You to open the trunk.
In my vehicle, beneath the radio and the left is the lock/unlock door buttons. And to the right is passenger air bag lights. I have seen photos of the trunk button being on the right. My vehicle does not have a trunk release.
Have you look on the trunk lid between the two tag lights?
