There can be many different issues with Your 2016 Ford F-150 that would cause the alarm or anti-theft system to go off for no reason. Some of the common issues are a faulty door locking mechanism triggering the alarm, low car battery charge, coroded or rusty battery terminals,or a broken key fob. The first thing You should do is check the key fob to make sure its working properly and has a new battery. After that You will have to start trouble shooting the battery as You will inspect the terminals and the battery to make sure it has a full charge. If it is the door locking mechanism that will be the last thing to check as You will have to remove the door panel to access but make sure You trouble shoot the other problems first as this will require more time and labor to troubleshoot.
