There are a few common reasons Your windshield wipers may not be working on Your 2007 Chevy Impala, the first thing to make sure of is that You are using the correct switch to turn them on. Some people mistake the blinker switch for the one used for the wiper blades. If that isnt Your problem then You will need to check the fuse and relay. These are both located in the underhood fuse panel with the fuse being a 30 amp in position #11. The relay will be labeled on the underside of the fuse panel cover. If both of those are functioning properly You will need to check the wiper motors which will require removing the plastic cowling at the base of the windshield.
