The most common explanations for air conditioning to stop operating in the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado include not blowing cold or insufficient air pressure. Problems are sometimes due to a problem with temperature control, refrigerant leakage or a defective air conditioning device compressor. To see if You have any leaks or if the A/C compressor wants any refrigerant, You should get an A/C pressure scale. It is typically advised to take it to an auto repair shop to get a report because they have the best equipment for diagnosing cracks and other issues. If it is the A/C compressor or the engine that would cause You to buy a new device, the A/C repair will become very costly. The repair prices, including components and labour, would vary from $500 to $700.

The most common reasons your 2014 chevy silverado ac is not working are a refrigerant leak, an electrical climate control issue, or a problem with the air conditioning compressor.

Mine was just the a/c clutch. Look in engine bay and see if it’s turning while it’s on. If not tap it with a hammer and if it clicks in then you only have to replace the clutch
