When the radio is not working in Your 2014 Dodge Durango the first thing that You should do is try to reset the head unit. If You reset the head unit it can clear up any software issues that have gone on with it and frequently that will get the system working again. If Your radio will not turn on at all then the next thing that You should do is check the fuse to it. If this has been blown then the head unit will not get any power and the fuse will need to be replaced. If the fuse is fine then You will want to remove the radio and check the wiring at the back to make sure that it is all tight.
