If the GPS function is not working on Your 2017 Ford F-150 You should first make sure that You don't have a software update that You need to install. You'll need to go in to the settings to see if this is the issue. If Your software is up to date then it's likely You're having an issue with the wiring on Your device. You should disconnect the battery before You start working on this. If You don't have any electrical knowledge You should go ahead and take this in to a shop instead.

If the 2017 ford f150 has an issue with the navigation system or the gps it may be due to outdated software, signal interference , or the wires providing power may be bad.
My ford f150 lariat gps stops working when sirius radio has its sporadic promotions. It also affects the touch screen by causing it to lag and sometimes lock up. It takes from 2-7 seconds for the screen to unlock once touched. Once sirius promotion ends everything goes back to normal. Question is how do we stop the sirius promotions?
