There's a number of reasons that a radio would fail in the 2019 Chevrolet Silverado, and without knowing more information, it's difficult to narrow it down. Are You getting power to the radio Are other Audio inputs (like CDs, auxiliary, or USB ports) working These could be important deciding factors on how exactly Your radio has failed. It might seem obvious, but if You're just not picking up any radio stations, it's likely because of an antenna failure. If You're not getting power at all It's likely a wiring issue. If You're getting power, but no Audio will play (regardless of source), You're likely looking at an issue with Your speakers, speaker wiring, or onboard amplifier. Giving more information here could really help narrow it down.

When the radio stops working in the 2019 Chevy silverado it's usually because of a blown fuse, but it can also be an electrical problem.

I have the same problem with mine since I bought it new. It's a piece of cra#. I have brought it back 4 or 5 times. It locks up, it won't turn off. I can't use my Onstar. Chevy says that is what ya bought.
