In the 2019 Ram 1500 and other vehicles where USB ports are equipped, there are a number of reasons they can fail. First and foremost, I know it sounds silly, but have You made sure that Your USB cable is operable There's actually been more than one occasion where I thought my port had failed, and it just turned out to be a faulty cable. Try a new one, and see if that "fixes" Your problem. If not, then You've likely got a serious issue. Fortunately, there's really only two things that can fail: the wiring to the port, or the port pins themselves. Wiring is a little simpler, but more difficult to get to. Regardless, a USB port swap shouldn't take You much time or cost You much money.

They all are breaking on all 5th gen rams. Its something wrong with the media hub that needs to be replaced.

If the usb port on the 2019 ram 1500 is not working then there may be something wrong with the contact plate, they can get damaged easy, or the usb is not getting power.

Mag Safe charger won’t work in the two front ports. Charger works fine in the ports in the back seat. Front two work fine on my USB C to USB C charger. Frustratingly retarded interface.

I have the same problem with the usp ports so I did some research today I replaced the media hub and everything is working now let see for how long
My Ram truck flashed an error on the screen that the USB ports were sending higher than usually voltage and then they stopped working. Any ideas?
Hi! I just bought a 2019 Ram and the radio works Bluetooth as well but the USb ports in the front don't work. Dodge and Ram need to part ways with Uconnect bcaz their products are cheap and faulty. It's the only line of vehicle to have all these problems

Use a smaller capacity USB, they cant handle large USB sticks.... Try a 1 gig for shits and giggles

I have problem with the media hub don't transfer data sometimes don't charge I replace the media hub today and everything is working now just I need to see for how long going to work
