Just pee inside the gas tank and it will work fine! Just tried it now.

I’m having some major issues with my 2019 CRV. I’ve been questioning why when I have at least a quarter tank before parking in my driveway. When I go back and turn it on to drive at a later time, the empty sign comes on, the gas bars show I’m at zero bars, zero range, then as I drive, my bars go up back to its rightful place, the empty sign is gone, but it still shows I have zero range. I bought it brand new off the lot last October and this started happening a few months after. First they couldn’t figure out what could be the issue because there was no signs pointing to anything.They told me it was probably because of the slope of my driveway. But they also have told me that it shouldn’t be doing that in brand new vehicles anymore and that that was common in much older vehicles. But then it happened to me at my parents place where they have like...zero incline. They finally replaced some gas sensor, then a gas gauge (I think) when it continued to happen. I now have to take it back AGAIN. They said they’ve never heard of this issue happening and seem to be at a total loss at what the issue is. Super annoying having to constantly pack and unpack my kids and their carseats in and out of shuttles. I truly love the CRV but I can’t help but feel like I got stuck with a lemon. A brand new vehicle shouldnt be in and out of the shop so often. Ugh. ?

I am wondering how many gallons do you all get in your CRV when you fill it up? The owners manuel says14 gallons and mine is not holding that much. When I took it to the dealer they brushed me off saying that there is a reserve tank. I have a 2020 CRV. I can get between 10-11 gallons in the tank.

You may have a broken fuel sensor, or the wire to the gauge has gone bad causing it to not have power.
