Why is my Mazda CX 5 usb port not working?

If Your USB port isn't working on the Mazda CX5 and You don't know why I can help You with that. One of the main reasons why a USB port won't work is due to a blown fuse. Since the fuse powers the port, when the fuse goes out, the port does not work. Luckily, the fix is simple and takes a few minutes. Another reason is dirt or debris entering the port and preventing contact in between the socket and the device. Lastly, damaged or corroded wiring is attached to the USB port. If that is the problem You are facing, then You would need to replace the wiring to be able to have it functioning again.

No info exists related to the fact that the usb memory stick lights up when put into usb but the display of the car system does not show anything. Nobody

Just got the info Mazda’s new generation cars (2023) won’t support anymore USB drive.

If your Mazda CX 5 USB port is not working it's usually caused by damage or debris in the port.
