The main reason why Your radio display is not working in a 2012 Ford Focus is due to the system freezing up. You will want to first try to reset the system and see if that helps clear it up. If it does then make sure that Your software is up to date since updating the software usually will remove the bugs that cause it to freeze up. If that does not solve it then You should check the fuses to the radio to make sure that they are free from damage. If they are okay then the next thing to check is the wiring harness on the back of the radio to make sure that it is not loose.

If your radio display is not working the first thing you should attempt is to reset it by holding the power button and pushing up on the right turn signal. If this does nothing, you should suspect a blown fuse, a loose wiring connect or an internal short or fault with the radio itself.

I simply disconnected the live/positive terminal at the battery for 5 minutes, reconnected and all is good. Happy bunny.

I have power to the display but none of the buttons are working, both fuses were burnt out and i did replace them and still nothing. Idk what else to do, maybe replace it?
