Just like any other car part, occasionally, radios fail. If Your Ford F-350's radio isn't working, You'll first need to narrow down the component that's failed. There's several ways that a radio can fail, and how Yours isn't working can tell us a lot. Are You getting power to the head unit (i.e., will it turn on at all) Are You just getting no radio signal (i.e., all stations are static) Do CDs, auxiliary sound, etc still work You could be looking at anything from a failed electrical system to a bad antenna. Without more information, it's difficult to determine which is the proper cause. You may have to do anything from replace a single speaker wire, all the way up to and including replacing the entire head unit. Could You give us a little more information

2020 F350 radio screen was not working. SWe tried the soft reset, turning the truck off, etc. Screen would not allow us to “click-it”. The fuse wasn’t blown but we pulled 15 & 32 and checked them. That was the issue, the fuse box under the glovebox.

The most likely problem is that the fuse is dead and needs to be changed. That needs to be checked.

Pull out the 20-amp and 10-amp fuse. Most likely there is nothing wrong, but this measure allows a "hard reset.. These will be fuses numbered 32 and 33. The fuse bank is located on the passenger side on the floor area adjacent to the passenger door.
