Since You've said that the low beams on Your 2007 Hyundai Sante Fe aren't working, that leads me to assume that it's not Your bulbs, since it's very, very unlikely that both of them would suddenly stop working at the same time. Do Your high beams work If so, it's possible this is an issue with the toggle switch for the headlights' brightness; that's a pretty rare failure. A more likely scenario here is that the fuse has blown. There are two for the low beams, H/LP LO in the fuse box (located in Your engine compartment), both which are 15A. Check if those relays are shot, and if so, replace, letting there once again be light!

Just put in new headlight bulbs and the right low beam doesn’t want to cut on but the big beams work just fine probably need to replace the fuse

The 2007 hyundai santa fe low beam lights may not work for various reasons such as a damage/burnt out bulb, bad fuse, faulty wiring, or a damaged low beam light relay.
