The main reason a 2013 MINI Cooper radio might not be working is a blown fuse. The fuses are in place to protect the electrical components from power surges and other electrical anomalies in the circuits. Try checking and replacing the fuse, if it shows signs of being blown. You can also try doing a manual reset of the radio system. Your owner's manual should have some steps for doing that. If this doesn't fix the issue, then try checking the connecting cables of the radio, and make sure they are all properly plugged in, and none of them are broken in any way. If this doesn't resolve the issue, then You might have to take it in to be looked at.

If the radio has stopped working in your 2013 mini cooper, it likely needs a fuse replaced. Sometimes, the fuse is behind the stereo head unit. If it's not the fuse, you might need a replacement for the head unit itself.
