There are a few different reasons the 2015 Chrysler 200's fan will stop working, but the most common is a bad resistor. You may also be looking at bad blend doors or a broken blower motor. It's also possible that the fan itself is broken or otherwise jammed. Since there are a few different probably causes, You'll need to start Your diagnosis and work Your way through the various components. Hands down, the resistor should be the first thing You check. This acts as a sort of fusible link that it often the first thing to go. The blower motor can typically be tested with a digital multimeter, so that's where I'd go if Your resistor is fine. Blend doors are usually Audible if they've failed, and most of the time won't stop the fan unless they're jammed.
