If Your 2015 Chrysler 200 radio screen is not working it is usually a problem with the head unit freezing. The first thing You should do is try to reset Your head unit and see if the screen comes back on and starts working again. If it does make sure You have the lateSTSoftware update as the updates may help remove bugs. If that does not work then the next thing to check are the fuses to the radio. If any of these have blown then the screen will not turn on at all. The last thing that You should check in Your Chrysler if nothing else has helped the stereo is the wiring on the back of it. Any loose wires will cause the system to not work.

If the radio screen in a 2015 chrysler 200 is not working, it could mean an electrical issue, such as a blown fuse, loose connection or a grounding problem.

I had a similar issue, the stereo went out on my 2015 Chrysler 200. The A/C, backup camera, USB charging port, and some of the control buttons all stopped working. I also had the odometer on my dash start blinking. I tried everything looking for a quick fix from fuses, to unplugging the battery, to unplugging the radio itself and nothing worked. Finally, I went to the junkyard and purchased a used radio for $125. As soon as I plugged it in everything powered back on but I was unable to get audio and make selections due to the antitheft lock code that the unit was asking for. I called the dealership and they were great about helping me. They asked that I bring proof of the purchase (receipt from the junkyard), the VIN from the car it came off (very important), the product number found on top of the stereo itself, and my vehicle information. I was able to get the code in minutes and as soon as I entered it, everything was back to 100% normal. Hope this helps anyone in a similar situation.only
