There are typically three reasons You'll experience the heater on Your 2015 Nissan Rogue failing to work: The heater blower motor has failed, the thermostat has failed, or the heater blower motor resistor has failed. If the issue is with the thermostat, You'll also notice that the engine is running at a suboptimal temperature as well. If it's the resistor, You'll have variable blowing from some of the vents, so there'll be heat, but it's not really getting to You. Finally, if it's the blower motor, there'll again be heat, but it'll not really be getting much further than the vents themselves, so You'll not be warming up. Of course, if nothing happens when You go to turn on the heat, at all, it could be the mechanical switch or the fuse for the climate control.

If the heater in your 2015 nissan rogue is not working, it is likely due to a problem with the thermostat, heater blower motor, or heater blower motor resistor.

On my 2015 the blower started having problems intermittently. It would work maybe 20 percent of the time but now it doesn't work at all. Tried replacing the motor but that didn't fix it so I guess it's the thermostat or resistor.
