The leather interior makes you feel as comfortable as good.
There are not too many issues with my car. The seats are leather so in the summer they are hot due to where I live. Other than that I love my vehicle. It is the make and model that I truly wanted to get for myself. It is very comfortable and reliable on the road daily.

Awesome vehicle to own. Hope to have it for many years.
I have not had any problems with this vehicle other than regular maintenance. It runs smoothly and quietly. It is a very comfortable and roomy car. The trunk has a lot of space. It has had no recalls and due to its up to date technology it alerts me to tire pressure, oil changes due and lights left in or doors left ajar.

Very classy and reliable vehicle.
First of all, I love the physical appearance of this car! It is very classy and has a cozy interior feel. The one issue I have with it physically is that the backseat is very small, so a full car will feel very crowded. Other than this, it is very reliable and has only had one issue over the past three years. The one issue is the air conditioning broke but it was not a complicated or difficult fix.

Smooth drive, comfortable, awesome.
I love my car so much, it is so comfortable and easy to navigate. It has all the necessities that you need in a car. It is great for all ages and people. It drives very smoothly and the gas mileage is also great. I love this car and it will last for a long time.

Great performance without hesitation.
I truly enjoy the vehicle we have. It is safe and reliable. It drives and performs well. I prefer a manual transmission but that is a matter of choice. There have been in the past minor electrical issues, dealing with power windows, locks etc. On the whole though, it has been a great vehicle with low maintenance, and very high performance.

Easy to maintain and care for
It is beautiful and easy to drive. Has no repairs or maintenance. Verano is so affordable.

I get a great performance out of this car . It alerts me when something isn't working right,,Quick stopping. I can make sharp turn in a limited spaced area.
I like the way it handles. Good on gas. I t let me know if tire pressure is low. It has bluetooth

This is a great car! Not too big but not too small! Easy on gas!
My car is very comfortable for the individual that prefers a smaller sedan. It is very good on gas and very reliable. I have not had any issues with this vehicle yet. The smallest issue I have is when it rains the sensor in the car will turn on the winter mode which causes the air conditioning to not blow until the storm is over. I am sure this is only for precaution but I rather the car not do that.

Never buy a newer Buick because you are not getting your money’s worth.
Since I bought the car I have been have engine and suspension issues. Since I bought it I can say I had put the car in the shop a total of 3 times for the engine. And a total of maybe 2 for suspension issues. I would never recommend this car to anyone. Half the time I am scared to drive it because I am scared it will break down or drive funny.

Buick Verano: Pros and Cons. (more con than pro)
I've had this Verano for over a year. Some of the things I like about it are that it's extremely comfortable, the heated seats and steering wheel work great especially in winter, the car drives nice, and it looks great. Now time for the complaints, strap in. Reliability with this car with my personal experience has been...Less than stellar. I bought the car with low miles in October 2020 (38k to be exact) and the car has given us problems since. After two days of ownership, a problem with the side blindspot monitoring sensor appeared, fixed even though the mirror no longer lights up when somebody is in my blind spot, I'm a good enough driver where I don't need that. February 2021, the engine started to sound awful, much like a diesel engine, parked it and waited a week for the car to be towed. Right before the car was towed, I started it up. Once it was started up, it sounded absolutely horrible, plus the check engine light was on. Found out the thing was burning oil since and before we bought it, and let me add we only drove 3,600 miles. The whole top half of the engine was fixed under warranty (as it should have been) and that problem has been fixed. However, there is more. As many GM vehicles have had problems with, an error came up on my helper screen "Shift to Park" when I was trying to shut the car off. It did this half the time I tried to stop the car. Had a dealer look at it, was not covered under warranty, and there goes $600. The thing currently rattles on the highway, no idea why, but I've driven it to North Carolina and Michigan and it drives fine like that so I leave it. The car is really low to the ground, and I'm very tall, so it's hard to get and out of it, plus my head always touches the top but is fine for shorter drivers (I'm 6'3"). The climate control buttons are starting to peel off, as I've seen many of these do. Lastly, let's talk about the faulty touchscreen. With my experience, the touchscreen at random times will freeze, black screen, or just refuse to work, but this is rare, I will admit. One day backing out of the driveway, I put the car into reverse and the backup camera was bright yellow, which not only got rid of the camera but shined so bright it was difficult to see. It went away after this drive, guess the electronics needed time to shut off and restart. Overall, though this car is very comfortable, power is alright for me and it rides good, that really doesn't make up for all the problems that I could have paid for, and because of this and the fact that I simply don't fit in my own car anymore, I will be selling it.

It is a car, but not that great.
The car just is not that great, after it hit 100k miles it stalled on the highway, the side detection does not work, and it is really loud. I try not to drove it unless I have too. Also, the back seats are horrible, you cannot fit an average adult back their it may as well be a coup. I do not think I'd buy another Buick after this one.

There wonderful Buick sports car.
It sits low to the ground and is not great if you have small kids that require to be in car seats. The pick up is slow going at first and then it's alright. It does get good gas mileage and wasn't too expensive. The ride is also bumpy and not smooth. There has been some minor issues with it with the serpentine belt that needed replaced.
accountCircle Chante C
Always engine issues with this vehicle.
I am always having some engine work done and the suspension is always off. But I do like the body of the car and also I like the black leather interior. I am keeping the car because I need it to get back and forth to work. I would rate this car a number 5.

Easy and convenient for a family of four.
The car is reliable and comfortable to drive. Pairing the phone for music and GPS is easy and convenient. It is a gas saver and easy to maintain. The heated seats work incredibly well and are a treat in the winter. The back seat is small for a family of four, but the trunk space makes it easy to transport anything.
accountCircle Drake D
It is been a good car for my wife and I.
I really like that the car is comfortable and I have a back camera. One thing I dislike about the car is that the turning-radius is terrible. Trying to make u-turns and sometimes parallel parking is view difficult. That is really my only complaint. Everything else about the car is great. There’s lots of space, and especially in the trunk. The alarm system works well and other than normal maintenance I have never had issues with the car.
accountCircle Serenity H
It is an autostart start vehicle with the remote key. It has phone Bluetooth.
My vehicle is good on gas. I rarely have any problems out of it but the problems are small. It has good space in the back seat & trunk. It runs better with 89 gas versus regular gas. It is very reliable & never breaks down. You just have to keep the car tuned up & make sure everything is running good under the hood like a service check once a year $ a tune up once every 3 years.

One mans trade in, another woman's treasure
I bought my 2013 verano 5/2020 for 7,000 cash it has some very minor cosmetic defects but the engine, inside and exterior are very clean. For being an older used vehicle ..it still rides sooo smoothly and everything still works great. This car sits at the top of the list of vehicles I've owned and I never pictured myself in a Buick but now I couldn't see my self in anything else. I love this car. It fits a mother of 2 perfectly.

Pros from Owners

likeFilled Raj C.

Smaller sedan, highly computerized, easy handling, roomy for its size, handles well and is smooth riding. It comes with OnStar a form of GPS. You make changes from a screen on the dashboard. The finish is also quite nice and rugged.

likeFilled Cassandra S.

It is very nice on highways and decent on fuel. I like how it tells you if there is an issue with the car on the dash. That is very helpful when you are taking it to the shop for repairs. The drive is very smooth sometimes I cannot even hear when the car is turned on.

likeFilled Chad K.

It is loaded, drives Smith and has comfortable front seats. The power seats and sunroof are also a plus. It comes with a navigation system that is top notch. The sound system is by Bose and sounds good no matter what you listen to.

likeFilled Hannah B.

Very comfortable driving, it gives availability to see over the dash. I am very short so being able to raise the seat is great. The Bluetooth is convenient for safe phone calls while driving and the touch screen works very well.

likeFilled Cathy K.

This vehicle is comfortable and drives very smoothly. I have never had any issues with it. The safety features are great, and have OnStar in the car really keeps me safe. I would have liked it to have heated seats.

likeFilled Marie W.

Rear view camera that makes it easier when reversing, car alarm with a key fob attached, low mileage since the car was bought used, automatic four wheel and incline that makes driving up hills earlier.

likeFilled Jenny N.

Leather seats, reverse camera, big screen radio, touch screen radio, Bluetooth, great mpg, $20 to fill the tank, great trunk space, spacious interior, movable back seat so you can fit larger things in your car to take home, cold ac.

Cons from Owners

dislikeFilled Raj C.

Viewing takes a while to get used to. It is not panoramic. Also gas mileage could be improved though it drives well on regular gasoline. It has smaller areas to put things. The windshield wipers could use a improvement. They leave a bit desired removing light rain.

dislikeFilled Cassandra S.

There are not many cons to my vehicle. I am not particularly picky when it comes to my vehicle as long as it gets me to where I am going on fine. However it is quite annoying when it constantly tells you things like low windshield washer fluid.

dislikeFilled Chad K.

There is not too much room in the back seat(leg room) for passengers. In to the front, the glove box is to shallow and cannot hold too many items comfortably. There is also very little elbow room for anyone riding in the back seat.

dislikeFilled Hannah B.

It is not great on gas. One tank of gas lasts me three days and I do not drive very much. The seats are easily damaged and the screen goes black for no reason sometimes. I have to open the door and turn the car off to get the radio/screen to come back on. It does not happen often, but enough to be a problem.

dislikeFilled Cathy K.

Safety features, on star which keeps me safe at all times, directions, if car is stolen they can find it right away. Car is very comfortable and easy to drive and it drives very smoothly. It has a large capacity for extra passengers.

dislikeFilled Marie W.

The car is a compact car so pretty small, does not have tinted windows, lack of a beeping sound when you use your rearview camera, no navigation, also the car is not fuel efficient and eco friendly which I would love.

dislikeFilled Jenny N.

Ac stops when it rains. Sensors go out, but nothing serious. Reverse cam can sometimes be grainy. Back window can be hard to see out of because it is angled differently and a bit smaller than most back windows.
