Overall Nice and Stylish Ride
2017 Chevrolet Tahoe LT
This is a wonderful SUV. The LT Tahoe Texas Edition seems to be a tad smaller than our 2005 Tahoe, narrower. The looks is nice but I did like the roundness to the previous versions of the Tahoe. The electric seats in the back row are a great feature and heated seats in the second row. This is a comfortable and enjoyable ride. The apps it has on the radio systems is very limited. It would be nice to have more apps that would be useful to us on there than the selected ones that comes with it or gets updated with. I wish the map system was more reliable for street traffic and accidents, that would be a huge help. More USB outlets in the back for the kids in the back. There are no real cup holders, only on the side door, which is ok, but they are very narrow, angled and small, this makes it hard to carry a drink in the second row. We have had this vehicle for almost 2 years and has been reliable. The mpg is decent, about 18-20 average in the city. It would be nice to see that number go up. This also has tire pressure monitors, which are always good! This has the front, rear, and back air bags. The music sounds great, it has the Bose premium speakers and speakers throughout. The sensors for the mirrors are a great feature, for alerting when a car is next to you, also the front and rear sensors that come with it. The remote unlocks the doors along with the back gate and back gate window. The two remotes that come with it can be programmed to each driver.
