It is very roomy and comfortable, which is important. It has a very good turning radius. It is comfortable to drive. The Veracruz also has a very high safety rating. The mirrors also fold in for washing.
It is not as cheap on gas as I'd hoped. It is always a risk with 6 cylinders. It has a dual exhaust, which is both expensive to replace and not as efficient as you'd think. There are some undiagnosed electrical issues, as well.
The 2007 Hyundai Veracruz has an average owner rating of 3.99 out of 5 which ranks it #19 of 23 other Midsize SUVs.
