Comfortable ride and extra seats are a bonus.
This car has been really comfortable and reliable. I didn't get all the bells and whistles, but back up camera, auto tilt side mirrors have been great for parking. I love the option of a third row, which we have used a few times already. Getting out the third row can be tricky for a large adult, but it is manageable if you are able to get out of the back seat of a two door car.

Spacious great family car.
No issues. Great drive, spacious. Three rows fits car seats really well. Read audio system navigation. Very good gas value to mileage never had an issue with breakdown great safety system notifying driver went too close to vehicles. Overall smooth drive very comfortable seats.

The highlight is the drive. The car drives very smooth and can go really fast.
The performance of my vehicle is great! It drives very smooth and accelerates very quickly. Although it is premium gas it hold well and I only have to go fill up once every two weeks. The only problems I have been having is the driving wheel stiffness and internal problems with the electronics (ie the GPS and Bluetooth systems) the GPS needs to be more up to date and the system glitches. The Bluetooth is hard to connect when trying to switch between different phones. Other than those two minor problems I have nothing but great things to say about my Infiniti!

The speed and GPS projected on the window and automatic braking are incredible.
The car is very smooth and you have a great pleasurable drive. You have a lot of new technology such as speed and GPS directions projected on the windshield. You can put the car into a mode that it steals and uses all the pedals and drives itself. The interior is plush. The only thing I do not like is the steering wheel is too loose and there are no electronic retractable mirrors you can only do it manually. Love the design and dark blue color. I am using premium gas and it has a small tank and I believe I am spending much more money on gas and constantly refueling.

The best SUV for families!
I love everything about this car! So much space, drives beautifully, no complaints. We've driven all over with this car and had no issues. It is beautiful on the inside and outside, the seats move very well to accommodate for more people. You cannot go wrong with the qx60!

Disappointed in Infiniti and their lack of modernization.
It is an outdated 50k car. My 2 year old Hyundai had better tech package. It is so underpowered with a 20+ year old engine. The CVT that Nissan/Infiniti use is poorly designed. The body of the car looks great and is appealing but that does not do justice to the outdated interior. From 2013-2021 and have the same car is terrible.

Body integrity
Drivers side window sqeeks and only lowers and raises slowly. Half the speed of passenger window. Gas cap fell out on to ground bolt holding lanyard missing. Taking it back to address these items.

Good deal for me, it was what I was needing.
There is no problems at all, the dealer is awesome they try to help all the time, they also offer clean the car as many times as you need, and cost free. The tires are perfect for snow which is one my most important requirements and the seats and the wheel heated when you need it.

Super safe and comfortable.
It is a super safe car. The safety features on the car are perfect for new families. I would like CarPlay as an add on because it is easier to navigate through my apps without using my phone. The car also does feel a bit heavy and sluggish when needing to make swift maneuvers. The best performance of the car is when it is in sport mode.

There is plenty of legroom and the seats are made to provide comfort for the driver and passengers. Some incredible features include a collapsible second row, which allows easy access to the third row. A trunk compartment in the rear to store utility or emergency products in. An additional feature is the moon roof which can be quite entertaining for those riding as passengers. The car also comes with drivers assistance, parking assistance and several cameras built in to the vehicle to provide a 360-degree view of the vehicle while in motion or stationary.

I really enjoy driving it because they’re heated seats.
I haven't had any vehicle problems so far. The vehicle has been great for any type of trips I need to take. The interior of the car is really great. Space I enjoy driving it to work every day or to take a trip to a bigger city if that is needed I also enjoy driving it to the weddings that I shoot.

The quality of this car I have.
I like how comfortable it is. It is very good for long distance trips. I also like the design as it is slick and the car has many different modes which allow us to be comfortable no matter the place that we will be traveling to. Overall I just really like the quality of the car and all its features.

It is a very nice car that looks and feels elegant.
Overall, it is a great car- it has a comfortable feel and looks elegant, both in the exterior and interior. The center console feels natural and the controls are not too hard to figure out. The only issue is really the internal software, it seems lower quality than what you'd expect.

The navigation and voice recognition STINKS!!
I have been to dealership MANY times to get “help” on the navigation and voice recognition systems. When you use voice guidance to select an address or business name, it comes up with crazy answers. The service managers have had the same problem when they tried. The navigation system routed me over 2.5 hrs out of my way (no traffic, no dirt roads) no reason to route that direction. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS VEHICLE!! The seats are comfortable and inside and outside looks nice. Which doesn’t help if the electronics don’t work right. I was also told by service Mgr that the vehicles navigation wasn’t reliable, to just use GOOGLE. Sad, Sad, ...

I am very impressed with what infinity did with the interior, all the gadgets and electronics that the car has. I love the way it handles on the road. The power of the engine is good. The backup camera if very useful. The warning signals and the auto breaking is very good as well.

Why the infiniti qx60 is an amazing buy.
The car has a lot of performance and has very smooth acceleration. It is a very comfortable ride. It is also really practical because it has 3 rows of seats along with a lot of trunk space, especially when the 3rd row is down.The car also has a lot of safety features such as emergency collision detection along with cruise control, airbags all around the vehicle, and blind spot detection.

Practical and family friendly car.
The pickup is really good and it is very smooth on the road. The interior is very comfortable and the legroom in this car is the best I have ever experienced. The heated seats in the front are very nice as well. The only issue I have with this car is that the Bluetooth features are not very reliable.

Infiniti an excellent choice for a vehicle.
I think it is an excellent vehicle. It has plenty of room and storage. The interior it very nice and leather is soft. The car handles well and it pretty quite. The sound system is good×, but the speakers in the 3rd row do not work. I have had no real issues so far and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Solid and spacious vehicle.
Very comfortable spacious comes with a lot of fancy basic accommodations. Very useful when you have big family. Solid and smooth drive nice design. Devenir seats you can carry in the tank if you are not using the two seats in the back. The windows in the back comes with shaded window.

Luxury vehicle with nice features.
Smooth ride, love camera features except back up camera has poor visibility when it rains. Nice cargo area with optional 3rd row seats, DVD entertainment system and heated seats and steering wheel nice option. Dash navigation system and driver assistance a great feature.

The qx60 is a luxury family vehicle.
The infiniti qx60 is a very reliable and comfortable vehicle. It is spacious enough to fit my four children when the third row is up. When only using 2 rows, it has a spacious trunk for a lot of storage. For an SUV it still has a lot of pick up when merging onto highways. It is a very smooth ride and fun to drive!

Awesome qx60 that is an SUV that drives like a luxury car.
My qx60 drives like a luxurious car. It is smooth and is very comfortable. My husband is 6’6 and fits beautifully. The third row is great when toting my kids friends and there is still room in the trunk for storage. The navigation system and radio are easy to use and the touch screen is a nice size.

The radio stinks. They need to put a better one in.
The radio stinks. Not sure why the display does not follow along with the stations that are actually playing. They need to put a better radio in the car or else the car will not be worth how much they are trying to charge people for it. Over charging people for cars is not good business.

Extremely smooth ride. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I do have trouble with truck opening with kicking your foot under it. I cannot normally get it to open that way. I love the bluetooth feature in the car; it is easy to connect your phone. The panoramic sunroof is great. I also love that the kids can control the temperature in the backseat.

My car is in perfect shape, but there is a broken headlight in the front. I got it fixed and it's in perfect condition now. It rides smooth and it's just like a sports car. It does though, have a dent from when someone hit my car when I was in the store. In the inside of the car is a touch screen radio or where you can connect your phone to the car. There are leather seats that are very nice and browns.

Fuel Consumption
Hi. I bought QX 60 in 2019.In Vancouver with full tank I. Used to get about 585 KM. In July 2020 i visited Banff. In Banff full tank reading started showing as 825 KM. I am unable to understand the reasons. Can someone advice the reason. I was for a week in Banff and took full tank at least 3-4 times.

Going back to Lexus
This is my first and last Infiniti. I’ve been dealing with a drive line issue for the last 8 months. Unless the technician can connect a computer to the car, they are clueless when it comes to troubleshooting.

Great starter SUV for those who are not looking for a large minivan.
Very comfortable, does not have apple carplay which is the only drawback. Great mileage and roomy. It is a good family car, but also a compact mid-size SUV. Has good horsepower compared to other midsize SUVs. Feels a little bulky, but a smooth ride.

Perfect family car that is still fun to drive.
This is the second Infiniti qx60 I have leased. I really enjoy the comfortable ride and the power of the engine. I have had no problems with my qx60 and have only had it in for regular maintenance. The size is perfect for my family of four. The third row seating is great and I can fit seven people comfortably.

GPS is inaccurate and Infiniti does not stand behind priduct
This is my fourth and last Infiniti. The GPS is totally inaccurate and Infiniti will only offer the remedy that I can buy a 2021 when the issue will be fixed. So now I am stuck with a QX 60 that does not give correct guidance. DO NOT buy a Infiniti and expect they will stand behind Navi problems.

Great handling and performance. Comfortable leather heated seats with multiple positions. Temperature control for driver, passenger and back seat. Very reliable, have had no problems at all. Two areas of improvement would be better fog lights and automatic pulling back into lane when you cross out of your lane.

Front Seats are horrible!
We test drove a different QX60 overnight. I loved the interior. The seats were very comfortable. We ended up purchasing a different color QX60 with the same features and the front seats are the most uncomfortable seats I have ever sat in. I don't know what the makes the seats so different however had I test driven the car we purchased, I would not have purchased this vehicle.

I have not had any problems with my vehicle. Love the room and features. Even though my vehicle is the base model it has some good features. There are three rows and each row has a lot of legroom. The vehicle is stylish and holds prestige. The wheels are not cheap rims with hubcaps. Very nice.

Sporty looking but roomy like a minivan.
I am very satisfied with this vehicle. I needed a vehicle with a third row seating. I found this vehicle to have plenty of legroom in the second and third rows. I have two car seats in the middle row. The third row is still easily accessible either the seats. The backup camera is great. I love the automatic start and the automatic window roll down. The only problem I have had is the passenger side door not locking automatically. It only works manually. Thankfully it is covered under warranty. I am sad I use eco drive because most of my driving is stop and go. The seats are very comfortable. Seating and steering wheel are heated. I have used the sport mode and regular mode for driving. The sport is my favorite. Hands free operation of phone is very easy. All controls are easily accessed.

So comfortable and smooth!
I love my car, it is understated luxury at an affordable price. I love the seats, they're extremely comfortable. I love my steering wheel heater even though I live in Southern California. The only thing I would like improvement on is the outside noise. It is not terrible, but enough that I notice it especially when on a call. I also feel like the backup camera could be better. I cannot completely judge how far I am and I do not get a clear full view like I see in other cars.

This car has a lot of cool modern features, like navigation,
I really like this car because it drives so smoothly and it is very easy to maneuver. The brakes also run smoothly and I have rarely had any problems with this car. The size is great too and the car is pretty special. The navigation features and cameras are really great too and always come in super handy. When locking the car, it is very easy because you just need to press the door handle and the car will unlock and open the trunk if you want it to. The kids also love the movie screens and the car comes with a good headset for movie time.

Overall great investment for a family car.
Very spacious. Great for families with 3 kids. Performance is awesome. Great features and very smooth to drive. Driver friendly and safe to drive. Color, trim, features of touch screen is a great feature to have. There car could have standard side boards to allow ease to get in the car. Standard Wi-Fi feature should also be standard.
