Love my2016 Altima as well as the 2010 I had before it. The 2010 went to 150K with no issues other than wear and tear items. Nissan tries to be competitive on maintenance costs by saying the CVT transmission doesn't need to be serviced, but they only say that in the US. The fluid should be changed every 30K if you want to avoid failure. If you have the halogen headlamp bulbs, replace them with LEDs so you can actually see at night.

Very sleek, black interior with red exterior.
Had to have the transmission replaced at less than 100,000 miles. Other than that I love it! Great fuel mileage, spacious backseat, spacious trunk. Plenty of legroom in front seat. Tires are not super overly expensive, radio sounds good,, tpms works well, not overly large and expensive fuel tank either, never paid more than 45 for a full tank from completely empty.

It has a backup camera which is easier to see. It also has a sports mode.
It is reliable more roomy the dependable. It rides great and good comfort. I like the way it feels and it is a good simple transportation. It just gets me around from point a to b. I am good with it l do not need a good luxury vehicle. The only thing the drawback is it has a large gas tank which is larger the most SUV but it uses less gas than driving an SUV.

2016 Nissan Altima sedan, an all around good vehicle.
My 2016 Nissan Altima is a great car. I get very good gas mileage both in town and on the highway. It is comfortable and rides smooth, and has an adjustable driver's seat. It also has a large trunk to accommodate luggage or even a large cooler. I have 55,000 miles on it and haven't had any mechanical or engine trouble. I do get all scheduled maintenance.

I love my car: it is been a very reliable vehicle. The only downfall is the leather seats are cracking: and the battery fob is dying; so it struggles to crank, and had to replace the battery. I love my gas mileage: I use less than a fourth a tank per week.

I love my Bose speakers the bump very nicely.
There is nothing bad about the car I love everything about it, it is luxurious for a nice price, very comfy, nice looking. The heated seats are wonderful, same with the heated steering wheel. I wish there was cooled seats. Lots of room. I wish I was able to lay both back seats down in the back when putting things in the trunk. Speakers are nice.

Warranty issues, would have gotten the higher package.
The vehicle was bought new however the transmission went out after two years but it was covered under warranty. Secondly the power window stopped working and the dealership made the decision that it was not under warranty. Other than that it is a spacious vehicle and it looks nice on the outside.

My brakes have been squeaking ever since I got it, I was told it was the breaks, then the rotors.! I absolutely love this car though, if we could get the squeaking to stop.. It'd be perfect! Such a smooth ride, you do not even know how fast you are going at times!

Used 2016 Nissan Altima - great car.
I bought it used. The car drives so smoothly, but the sound system has glitches and I have been slowly noticing more scratches on outside. The car has a nice look, and a roomy interior. It is very comfortable to be in for a long time and has great gas mileage.

I had the biggest issue turning on the vehicle with the push button... Other than that I absolutely love it, it's compact to fit the family, it is absolutely great on gas, there has been a recall on the door I believe but I have had no problems. It's a very reliable and comfortable car.

Nissan Altima 2016 performance.
No problems to this point. Mileage is good. I like the gas mileage and the body of the car has held up. The original battery was just replaced last week and about six months ago I needed new breaks. Overall it's been a safe and reliable car so far to date.

Had the car for about 6 months and already had transmission issues. Thankfully still covered under warranty, so I didn't have to pay anything. But still a red flag and inconvenience. Car is on the spacer side so that helps with 3 little ones. Trunk is very spacious. Nissan usually makes great cars, but would maybe go for a different model.

Comfortable and reliable.
There are no heated seats and heated steering wheel. There is also no android auto and apple CarPlay. Overall comfort and Drivability of the car is great and works as well as a daily commuter. The car is fuel efficient and on average costs me $20 for a full tank of gas. The wheels are 16' so cheap replacements and also cheaper winter tire options.

My interesting detail of my car is the sports mode transmission.
Recall on back passenger. Unlocks while driving. As well as recall on airbags. Altima tend to have issue with transmission as well. Do not choose the color black because it tends to fade throughout the years. As well as your car loses about 5k value once it leaves the dealership lot.

I love my Altima. It is great on gas. No issues in the 2 years I have had it. The cons would be that there is nothing flashy on car. No bells and whistles. And Altimas are a little pricey. Heated seats would be a nice option. It does have backup camera but missing many things other cars of similar styles have.

The Nissan Altima is a very economical car. It's great for road trips and for work. Tank of gas can last up to 3 days or a week depending on how much you use. I've had no issues so far it's very comfy and simple. The interior varies but a most kid friendly car is when seats are a dark color.

It's a great car. Only issue was the CVT went out at 60,000 miles. Thankful I purchased an extended warranty. Its sleek and on the sporty side but a full sized Sudan. Bose sound system and premium wheels came stock as well as leather seats that are heated and an adaptive smart cruise control.

2016 Nissan Altima my opinion.
I had trouble with the computer system and the whole system had to be replaced. If you want an aftermarket radio put in it will cost you double of other vehicles. Other than that it is a great car. Very comfortable. I would definitely recommend for anyone to buy.

Altima sr warranty 7 year 70,000 miles.
Came with 7 year 70,000 mile warranty. Has a sporty look and is very clear with no scratches. Inside and trunk is clean and it only had 27,00 miles, so far so good have the car for about a year and no problems. I have taken it in for basic maintenance oil change, rotate tires. I feel very safe in the car. Handles very well.

Efficient, effective, and affordable.
The vehicle runs well. I really appreciate the mileage I can get on a full tank of gas. I love the amount of space it has in the car and trunk. The car is low maintenance and still runs nicely even thought it has over 100k miles on it. The seats are comfortable. Car gets good gas mileage with 500 miles to a tank and holds up to 16 gallons.
I bought my car at around 30,000 miles on it. The brakes went after I drove it almost 10,000 miles to the point where I almost had to replace the rotors. I also had to replace the starter due to water damage. The transmission is also known to have some issues because it is a CVT (controlled variable transmission).

Transmission went out on 80,000 miles. Nissan is known for terrible transmissions and poor warranties. Gas mileage is great, but the issues going wrong with Nissans are a headache. Tired of service repairs. I would never recommend a Nissan to anyone.

Car is very comfortable, fun to drive, fast. Good acceleration. Looks very nice. No significant problems. Good on gas. Very roomy in front and back. Large trunk space. When I first bought my car I had loved it. But then it started giving me problems. The ac would go out. The key I have to change the battery every 3 months or I can't turn on the car. It doesn't drive very fast. I don't drive that far for work but I have to have to fill up the tank every 5 days.

Fantastic! Great looking and reliable so far at 4 years old.
I love my car! It has a super spacious trunk for bigger hauls at a warehouse store. There is a pep to it - it will get up and go if needed. Sitting in the driver seat it feels like a more luxury car than it really is. I have not had any issues with the car breaking down or need any costing repairs in the two years that I have owned it (bought it used in 2018). The mileage it gets is great and I would definitely look to buy another Nissan in the future.

The back seat is small and the seats are not very comfortable. It has great features like Bluetooth, backup camera, and keyless start. It is having a problem with the transmission even though it is only 4 years old. It does not drive well in the snow. It gets great gas mileage!

There is always a problem with my car. I have had to replace my transmission, as well as, my alternator last year. This year, I had problems with my power steering and my hood latch. Also, there is way too many recalls. I would just like my money back.

Great everyday car but worried about transmission issues.

I love that this vehicle has great gas mileage, I average 35 mpg with driving city and highway. It connects to Bluetooth and offers hands free driving. The seats are very comfortable as well. The trunk is deep and can hold a lot. The only thing that I don't like is that it is such a low set vehicle but that is overcome by all the good it has.

2016 Nissan Altima 2.5 SV gets around
I really haven't had any problems with my Altima. There have been a couple recalls but they were taken care of quickly. I have the extended service plan so I do not pay anything anytime I bring my car in for regular maintenance or any issues that have come up such were very minor. The Altima is extremely reliable, efficient and economical. It zips around town and is great on the freeway too. Great gas mileage, super comfortable inside, lots of legroom front and back, roomy trunk and a sleek look. I accidentally went off roading one day and it did surprisingly well for a 4 cylinder sedan! I'm impressed, so much so that this is my second Nissan Altima. Great car all around!

I really love the manual heating seats.
So far so good I am not experiencing any issues as of today. Since I got it, it is been running really smooth with no issues. I drive pretty much anywhere with it. Ac is working fine. Long distance between oil changes.
The car is great. I did manage to get into a fender bender (everyone is ok) and it caused the front sensor to go out which does not allow me to use the cruise control. It is a good safety measure, but that can happen. The interior has held up well and the maintenance cost is relatively inexpensive. I can get oil changed for about 40 dollars and the oil lasts well over 5,000 miles between changes.

A lot of common maintenance has been done, but other than that I Haven't put a lot of money towards any repairs. Amazing in gas. I average about 33 miles per gallon in the suburbs. Highly recommended car.

Great ride enjoyable experience.
The ride is extremely smooth which makes for a comfortable ride. It has a slight feel of a sport car without it being one when pressing on the gas. I love the sleek style of the 2016 model. It is not bulky like older models. I have enjoyed my car and would purchase again.

Great car for a first time car buyer.
Nissan Altima was the first car I have financed and purchased new off the lot. The car is very safe and reliable to drive. I have kept up on all maintenance and have never had an issue. It gets great gas mileage. The interior of the car is cloth, but it is not too bad with dog hair when I take my dog around with me. The car is also pretty fun to drive. There is plenty of room inside the car as well. Lots of legroom in the back seats too.

Runs decent, has ok power for a 4 cyl, is comfortable to drive.
Like good mileage, comfortable, good amount of cargo area, easy to maintain. Dislike it is only 4 cyl model, donut spare tire.

Good on gas. Reliable car.
It is a very reliable car. The issues I have had with it is the backup camera is too dark. The cover on the bottom of the car keeps coming off. It is good on gas mileage and overall worth the buy. I think the price should have been lower.Though. Would buy again.

Love my 2016 Nissan Altima.
Very comfortable for traveling. Good on gas. Has Bluetooth. I do not need an aux cord so that is a bonus. Very reliable vehicle. So far haven’t had any issues with it. Would definitely buy another Altima. Maybe a newer model also very affordable. Love my Altima.

The ability to turn on my car from the inside of my home.
My only problem with my vehicle is that it is very close to the ground. It is a very family friendly car, with plenty of leg room in the back seat. It has a large trunk which is helpful when grocery shopping and holding sporting equipment. I have driven a 12 hour trip in the car several times and it was a very comfortable car ride with little to no outside noise. It is great on gas and I have enjoyed this vehicle.

Reliable family size vehicle.
This is a very reliable vehicle. The features are awesome. It is also great on gas. This care is very comfortable for long distance driving.
I took a road trip and my car ended up dying. Went to get it checked after a jump and they said the battery was working perfect. Ended up trying to start it a week later and it wouldn’t start and I ended up needing a whole new battery. Ended up having to spend $200 on a new battery.

It is still under warranty.
Only problem I am experiencing is my transmission. There’s a delay when I press on the gas pedal. I had a transmission builder done last year and the problem still occur.

I really love the fuel efficiency (45 mph on the highway.
My vehicle is very comfortable and roomy. It is very fuel efficient and easy to drive. The engine is quiet and the true drive transmission shifts smoothly - so smooth you cannot feel it happen. I especially like the roomy trunk. I didn't upgrade the radio and I am sorry for that because when I drive under power lines I get a loud 60 cycle hum that really bothers me.

My vehicle was cheap and not made with good parts.
The Altima is known for transmission problems and the body is to low to the ground and scrapes anytime you go up a driveway. I also have had problems with the headers on the car. The header got a crack in it for no reason. I believe the Altima is a nice car but to have so much problems for no reason and the warranty is no good.

Gorgeous Nissan Altima with touch start and Bluetooth capability.
I've had the car for 3 years and have had no major problems. It's great on gas. I love the touch start feature. It's very comfortable and roomy. I love the Bluetooth capability, so I can listen to music from my phone and take/make calls while still being safe.

I love that I have blindsight lights.
I love my car, very reliable, it is just not the best in the snow and for the area I live in. If I were to live in the city, I would highly recommend. Very comfortable, gets good gas mileage, has plenty of space, and drives smooth. I believe a newer, more updated version would be even better.

2016 Nissan Altima car Review (faulty car)
Unfortunately a few months after we bought the car the windshield wiper motor went out meaning it will not shoot out fluid. Also the battery was leaking and some of the interior dashboard was not assembled correctly. Other than that the car has great mileage. Car is very basic nothing fancy.

It can go pretty fast for a small car. It is easy to handle and safe to drive.
I love the Nissan Altima. Really comfortable to drive. Easy controls, looks nice inside and out, is safe and has good range of view from the driver's seat. Gas lasts a long way, roomy on the inside. This car has huge trunk space that is great for road trips and camping.

Nissan Altima 2016 is a great car to buy on a budget!
My car drives incredibly smooth and the power steering and brakes respond to the slightest touch. My car has leather seats, and they can be heated with the touch of a button which is great on a cold and wintery day. The car performs well with regular unleaded gas which is always the cheapest gas available, the car also drives well in all types of weather, especially the snow in the winter time because the tires grip the road tightly and allow for a safe driving experience!
