The cargo volume of the 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander will vary depending on how the seats are configured. When all the seats are upright there are 14.9 cubic feet of space behind the 3rd row seat. When You fold the 3rd row seat down this will increase the cargo volume up to 36.2 cubic feet behind the 2nd row seats. Finally, when You fold down the 2nd row seats the cargo volume increases to 72.6 cubic feet behind the front seats. There is a strap handle on the lower rear of the seat and when You pull on it will release the latch and the seats can be folded down.

Behind the seats on the 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander, the 5 passenger Base trim has a rear cargo 36.2 cubic feet. The other trims, all for 7 passengers, has a small space of 14.9 cubic feet. On all models, when the seats are folded down, the total cargo volume is 72.6 cubic feet.
