EacH2015 Buick Enclave model comes with the same 3.6L V6 engine, so no matter which trim level You're running, You'll always use the same oil type and capacity. The '15 Enclave takeS6.0 quarts of SAE 5W-30 full synthetic motor oil, though You can substitute SAE 5W-40 over short periods in an emergency situation. However, if You live in a particularly cold climate, You may want to consider SAE 0W-30. It won't hurt to drop down to lower oil weight numbers, but going to the SAE 5W-40 may hurt Your engine over time by introducing friction, which will cause premature engine wear and tear. It shouldn't be a big deal over a few hundred or thousand miles, but it can certainly add up over the lifetime of the vehicle.

The total oil capacity for the 2015 Buick Enclave is 6.4 US Quarts (6.0 liters). It is advised to using only engine oil meeting the dexos1™ specification of the proper SAE viscosity grade of 5W-30 for the 2015 Buick Enclave. Look for the dexos1 approved logo for GM approved engine oil.

I see that some sites say 5.5 quarts. I’ve always used 6 quarts but have noticed over the last year and a half my 2015 Buick leaks oil when I put in 6 quarts but fine if I put in 5.5. I guess try 5.5 and check the dip stick.
